WHAT SYSTEMS DO YOU NEED IN YOUR CHILDCARE?
For today’s proven management solutions, I want to take childcare owners behind the scenes and talk about some office systems that you must have in place. So if this sounds like something you are interested in organizing your office, be sure to read this blog.
Tip #1
One of the biggest mistakes that owners make is that they express to their team for them to get organized with no true foundation systems in place.
But what I found is that half of the CEOs that are expressing ‘to be organized’ are disorganized themselves. There’s no true, real pattern that’s in place for your office team to follow.
Therefore, without a pattern in place, you will soon find out that your office and your classrooms are not capable of being organized because you’re missing systems.
Tip#2
So today, I’m going to give you three of my must-haves to help you re-address your mindset, put the right systems in place, and avoid preaching to the choir.
Don’t ask for people to do something that you haven’t discovered the skill set of what it takes to get done for yourself.
If your office is cluttered, your files are cluttered, and nothing is organized your team won’t be organized either…
Tip #3
Thirdly, be sure that your systems are teachable, and reproducible, and it’s not just in your mind, so that it is actually written down, and so that anybody can come and re-create and put your systems into place just by following your guidelines.
Furthermore, make sure that you empower your team to have everything organized by giving them a framework for your office on how you want your office organized.
