WHAT SYSTEMS DO YOU NEED IN YOUR CHILDCARE?

2 Steps To Begin To Take Your Childcare To The Next Level

For today’s proven management solutions, As a CEO, you want to make sure that you’re working on tasks that will move your business forward to the next level.

Today, I’m going to share with you a task that I’m working on for my roadmap. As a CEO, I have a roadmap that I follow so that I can ensure that I’m leading my business into completing systems in a systematic way. I also share this roadmap with my clients, so when they become a part of the Jumpstart School Of Systems, they know exactly what to work on during what time of the year.

Having a way to stay on task is so important as a CEO. Now, within my roadmap, I’m in semester two. I’m entering week six through week 10. So of course, I’ve had to do some work to prepare myself for my year.

Having a way to stay on task is so important as a CEO. Now, within my roadmap, I’m in semester two. I’m entering week six through week 10. So of course, I’ve had to do some work to prepare myself for my year.

#1 Create Your Yearly Calendar.

If you haven’t completed your yearly calendar or your yearly roadmap as to what you’re going to focus on to make sure that you’re growing your business, I suggest that you move in that direction right away.

Why do I suggest that? Well, here’s Key Point number two, right now, I know where my business is heading and what systems I need to work on. For me , I’m training owners to work on their employment systems and to follow a check box system.

#2 Create A Hiring Flow Chart

Next, I suggest that you create a hiring flowchart for each of those roles. Your hiring flow chart is going to help you quickly execute where a person should be in the journey. So when you understand how your journey works and how many steps it takes for a person to

a) become a part of your team,

b) to become a leader on your team,

Or

c) to work efficiently as an admin

You’ll be more prepared to help delegate that task as you grow your companies to a larger scale so before I move into what goes on this chart.

Let’s be clear. Do you have a company hierarchy? And on your company hierarchy, do you have an admin team, a leadership team, an executive team, and a teaching team? You need to have those types of teams in place on your company hierarchy.

So here in our jumpstart school of systems, we teach our clients about the seven steps that it takes for a person to go from being recruited all the way to becoming a part of their leadership team.

However, within those steps, you need a flow chart. A flow chart will indicate, step-by-step what happens when a person says yes, and step-by-step when a person says no or they don’t qualify, or they haven’t reached your particular KPIs.

Build out the level for your executive team,  your admin team and the level for your leadership team.

Now this is how you are going to take your business to the next level, because now you are creating a system around what you’ve done for your teachers to help get your move and execute for an admin team, an executive team, and the team members that you’ve indicated on your company hierarchy that reaches far beyond your teaching staff.

Well, alright, guys, I can go on and on, but if you’re ready to learn a new system, if you want to have a true VIP day with me, where I teach you about the third and second levels of owning and operating a childcare business.
