Over the past few years I have become a CEO who has the freedom to own and operate businesses, but not have to work my businesses every single day. Just recently, I took about 45 days away from the day to day, and nothing in my operation stalled. Everything worked based on automation, everything worked with my team, and everything worked out with my clients. And to me, nothing did me better than to have that space of rest. And to prepare myself for my next level.

If this is something that you’ve always considered a sign of success, then these tips that I’m going to share with you today are going to help you accomplish that and to achieve that.

#1 Make A Plan.

Now, one of the things that I want to encourage you to do in order to accomplish that is to,make a plan.

You have to have a plan for your week. You have to know exactly what you want to accomplish throughout your week. Now, granted, I’m not the perfect person to plan but I have created tools that are what we call prompts, and they prompt me to think a certain way, to have my thoughts wander in a certain direction, so that I can be at least three steps ahead of my next move. And this is what I encourage you to do, have a plan that’s going to make you three steps ahead of your next move.

#2 Must Have A Company Hierarchy

You must have what we call this company hierarchy. This is for you to decide who will take what off your plate so that you can focus on self growth, and development. You need this so that you can really focus on building a team.

#3 Acquire New Knowledge

And then the next one is you want to begin to have new knowledge. New knowledge is going to empower you to make new decisions, move in new ways, stay current and on the cutting edge in your business. If it’s been years since you’ve been to a conference or a webinar or been in the environment of your coach or your mentor who’s downloading new knowledge and information into you to make what you do easier, I encourage you to don’t miss this webinar.

#4 Work ON Your Business Systems and Not In The Day To Day

The fourth thing, when you stop working in your business and start working on your business and leading it like a CEO, there should be what we call frameworks that you follow to lead your business like a CEO. These frameworks include meeting with your team, delegating the proper task, and knowing what systems operate your company.

Ask yourself, how many systems operate your company? If you don’t know that number, then that is what’s preventing you from leading like a CEO. Those are the types of conversations that I enjoy having with my clients, because I’m empowering you to lead your company like a CEO.

So be sure to grab your spot for our free webinar, and listen to my mindset on how I encourage owners to think, so that they can have a life that they love, desire and deserve by reducing their workload.

And as always, remember, if you manage the childcare business, you will love the childcare business that you manage.
