enrollment as quickly as I wanted to. It slowed me down, and I was internally embarrassed that I had to create a whole enrollment packet while she was standing there. I can’t even remember if the lady didn’t enroll or not. And for some clients, that’s not a big thing. But when you want to operate in excellence, and you want to make sure that you’re ready to streamline and execute as quickly as possible. When you get caught up in moments like that, it just doesn’t feel good. And let me tell you, it did not feel good.

From that day on, I began to shift in my thinking. And I began to pre-arrange my enrollment packets, my employment packets and other items I’m going to talk about. But I just wanted to drop that thought about making sure that your enrollment packets are ready for execution because this is what you’re preparing to attract in your business. If you are preparing to attract the best in your business, if you are preparing to attract income in your business, then you want to make sure that you have these items pre arranged and ready.

The pre-arranged process. 

So one of the processes that I had to go through was to find out the rhythm and flows in my company. When I found out that I could enroll up to 10 people in one day, I decided that I will no longer have less than 25 pre-arranged packets at all of my locations. By having this pre-arranged packet available at all of my locations, I could ensure that my team was ready for execution. So we go through the process of processing boxes. Let me tell you what that means. So typically, we receive our portfolios from vistaprint.com, we have our portfolios professionally designed, we have all of our information like our stickies professionally designed and printed through vistaprint.com. We don’t allow the box to stay packed away or in the storage room. Here’s what we do: We go through all 250 of those packets. That’s right. And we go ahead and pre-arrange the registration packet. We get everything printed and inside of the packet so that really cuts down on a lot of running back and forth. We knew when we did our monthly orders, so all the paper, ink, inserts, and the folders were done at one time. 

Operating with their pre-arranged mindset allowed my team to have all the registration packets set up and then stored in the box and we kept 25 of them readily available. Thinking about pre-arranging items in your company allows you to have a more productive team.

So let me tell you about a few more items that should be pre-arranged and why you don’t have time to start and stop, start and stop. When you’re in a rhythm and flow, let’s just get it done. Here are a few other things that you need:

1. Business to business marketing packet. 
2. New hire packets,
3. Employee orientation packets
4. Business cards
5. Brochures
6. Comment cards
7. Pre-arranged your curriculum outline
8. Pre-arranged your follow up process (e.g thank you cards, letters, postcards, and freebies or gifts)

When I discovered that having these items pre-arranged increased productivity and improved my ability to enroll people or hire people right away at my company. I lean more on the preparation side and I hope you’ll do the same.
