Many of you never understand the importance of your office, because it really doesn’t prevent your money from coming in, right?

But let me tell you what it does prevent. It definitely prevents you from raising up leaders to run your business for you. It also causes your team members to not carry respect for you because what you don’t measure, nobody respects.

Furthermore, when you don’t have an office framework in place, it’s harder to scale.

Your office framework is your plan that you want all admin team to follow, you must have a written plan for all areas of your office.

For example:

√ Office
√ Staff
√ Children

Not only that, but you should have a list of all the categories of files that you will allow in your filing cabinet, and then you should have a written process for managing all of the paperwork that comes across the desk.

So here’s some of the things that I suggest you do.

Sit down and really think about the functions of your office. What really functions your office? Create a plan around that.
Once you create a plan, then you want to create a training process to train anybody that comes into your office. For example, would you happen to have a PowerPoint presentation to show your team the tools that you use to access different platforms to help you with keeping your office organized, etc.

And then I also suggest that not only do you have a list and you prepare your team, but have images. So that’s why I was talking about PowerPoint. We utilize Office Management PowerPoint, so anybody that I have to train to work in my office, they are able to utilize my PowerPoint that describes my tools. It describes how my tools are used. And that’s the SOP process that we have for clients like you. Clients like you are ready to better equip their team, know exactly how their office functions and put the right processes in place for team productivity then this is for you.

Number one is to operate your business as second to none, so that your office meets or exceeds all State expectations where it doesn’t matter where you are in the world, but the operations that manage your business can go on without you, even for generations to come. That should be number one.
