Tip #2 –<\/span> I want you to think of how you can take your business to the next level by becoming more relevant.<\/b> The way you become more relevant is to give ears to the seasons and time that we are in.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

You know the Bible talks about the son of Issachar. The sons of Issachar have a special God-given gift talent ability that allows them to understand seasons and time. So you have to begin to ask if you have received that type of wisdom so you can look at the seasons and the times we are in to stay relevant.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

To be able to get a glimpse into that just take a look at what is happening right now in businesses across the world, local community, and the youth. Have you noticed that there\u2019s a shift in leadership that is happening now?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

We have leaders coming into place now, those who are between the ages of 35-45 are now taking their place and leadership. So that lets you know that a lot about what will be accepted on the playing field of business will change due to the age of leadership that is taking place. So be sure to ask for more wisdom, knowledge, and understanding in the area of understanding the seasons and time so you can make a robust move and stay relevant in your business.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

And, in my final thought, <\/span>I want you to consider ways that you can personalize your services to take your brands to the next level,<\/b> I need you to shift your thinking. I know that we believe the systems will create repetition in your company and they do, but never forget the human side that comes along with your business.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

You know there are parents that are still interested in you showing them that you love and care about what you do. Your environment should say, \u201cI love and care about what I do.\u201d Your systems that run your operation, and should include checkpoints that say, \u201cI love and care about what I do.\u201d<\/span><\/p>

So if you begin to think about these areas in your business, it\u2019s going to help you shift and go to the next level. It is going to help you create a brand that will last for years to come.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
