And if you\u2019ve already scaled, how do you make sure you\u2019re doing it the right way?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let\u2019s dive into today\u2019s story and lesson-filled training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of my clients, we\u2019ll call her <em>Pam<\/em>, started with just one childcare center. She had worked with several coaches before but struggled to truly <em>believe<\/em> in her ability to grow. The day-to-day leadership gap created confusion, inconsistency, and a disconnect between vision and execution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As we continued working together, Pam grew confident in her leadership team. But confidence without engagement can be dangerous.
