repeatedly saw.<br>Your team will do the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you mirror excellence, they\u2019ll birth excellence.<br>If you mirror chaos, they\u2019ll birth chaos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\udde9 <strong>Skill development requires structure:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A leadership ladder<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training checkpoints<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear visuals things DONE, you must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705 Implement 30-60-90 day leadership development plans<br>\u2705 Create consequences that match expectations<br>\u2705 Show up consistently as the standard-bearer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because the real job of a CEO is not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u274c Doing the work<br>\u2026It is<br>\u2705 Ensuring the work gets done<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re not leading
