I never planned to become a coach. It all starte

I never planned to become a coach.

It all started out of the blue when my friends approached me for help in growing their childcare businesses.

They had seen my success and wanted to achieve the same results. At first, I would direct them to other established childcare coaches. Those who had been coaching professionally for quite a while already. They’re the ones who offer professional coaching services, not me.

But my friends would always come back saying they were not able to achieve the results they wanted after taking the program/s.

Many others gave the same feedback. This cycle repeated for about a year. Eventually, I got curious and decided to dig deeper and find out the reason why other childcare growth programs are not delivering on their promises.

Many coaching programs offer Mindset + Business Strategies in their lessons.

These two are good…

BUT

Success in any business actually come in three elements:

✔️Mindset
✔️Systems
✔️Proven Business Strategies

These three need to be complete in every business development program.

Remove one and your growth will stall.

You will not achieve your desired business goals.

Many childcare coaching programs teach only two elements -- Mindset and Business Strategies

They fail to emphasize one that’s EQUALLY important as well --- SYSTEMS.

So every time I coach a childcare business owner,
I make sure that these three are present in all of my lessons.

And sure enough, when my students take action on what I teach them, they ALWAYS had a breakthrough.
