Create Your Classroom Training Centers

1. I highly recommend that you implement your own site plan for your classrooms. Your site plan or floor plan is something that I teach my clients to do all the time. Because if you know the layout that you want for your classrooms, it’s easier for someone to follow your leadership and not have to determine, “Well, did she set up the circumstance right? Is the science center set up right?” Once you lay the pieces in the center out correctly in your classroom. Now you created a franchise type model. 
2. When you start thinking about setup, you want to have at least one classroom that’s the modeling classroom. This modeling classroom will come from your mind and that will be implemented in the classroom so that if you want to train new teachers, they will have a physical hands-on experience with your expectations for the classroom. 
3. The third thing is you can literally set up one of your complete centers to represent the systems that you want to have in place and this one center can be maintained by going through my four step process.
