Create Your Framework For Teacher Training

I believe that there are levels to operating an organization that owners must truly acknowledge as a path. Don’t run from the clutter in your organization or even the frustration. #1 Create A Jump Start Place For All of Your SOP’s.

Every SOP that you create must have a starting point. Just a few days ago, we were able to assist our top level clients. When we arrived at the site, the first area that we started with was to ensure that the proper staff orientation was conducted. We started at the top of the list and worked our way throughout. 

Documenting and checking that this information was covered. Documenting the process and also encouraging them to document that they received the knowledge and understood it.

This training includes classroom setup, classroom management, lesson plans setup, lesson plan management, and more.
