Let me tell you what I’ve done in my childcare business to help me take my vision into the next level and plan my big business year.

Create A Theme

One of the things that I always do is to create a theme. The purpose of creating a theme for the year is so I can take what really needs to be done in my business and focus on it.

Themes are the key secret for you to accomplish big ideas and goals.

When I started my childcare business, I knew that there were loads of things that I needed to do for my business. And in order for me to do that I sat down and got clarity of my vision.

And so, it’s important for you to have a clarity exercise.

Gain Clarity

Sit down and think about what your business needs to succeed. Once you ask yourself this question, don’t block out what comes into your mind right, just write down what you think your business needs to succeed. Whatever comes to you, write it down. And when you do, you now have something to work with.

You take what your intuition has given you and you decide, “What am I going to accomplish first?”

So one year, I knew I needed to work on my quality because I’ve dealt with a lot of turnover. I started with little-to-no-money so all of the materials in my classroom, I need to shift. I just really had to improve my business. Because when I started, I started with using discount rugs and not quality rugs so I had to change that. And so I started creating a vision that I wanted to improve in my classrooms, and I did.

I can go on and on but I have a better way to help you, which is the vision board party.

This vision board party is unique because I’m going to train you through the process of creating a vision for your childcare class.
