WHAT SYSTEMS DO YOU NEED IN YOUR CHILDCARE?

Enter 2026 With Peace, Profit, and Power: The 3-System Model Every Childcare Boss Needs

Hey there, childcare boss. Let me ask you a serious question: Are you ready to finally empower your team and stop letting your childcare business run you?

And as we get ready to walk into 2026, I want you to do it with three things: Peace. Profit. Power.

In today’s blog, I’ll share my 3-System Model that has helped hundreds of childcare owners streamline operations, take back their time, and build the freedom-based lifestyle they deserve.

1. Peace Through Trigger Days

One of the biggest reasons childcare owners feel stuck is because their time is scattered. You’re constantly putting out fires instead of running the business strategically. That’s where my first system comes in: Trigger Days.

Trigger Days are designed routines that help you focus on one core area of your business at a time. For example:

  • Money-Making Monday – Review every financial detail: tuition collected, bills paid, payroll set, and most importantly, brainstorm new ways to generate revenue.
  • Take-a-Look Tuesday – Review reports, marketing results, and staff check-ins. This is your chance to step back and see if everything is running as it should.
  • Working Wednesday – Time to delegate, network, and follow up. This is when you empower your team, assign clear expectations, and make sure accountability systems are in place.

By creating Trigger Days, you avoid chaos and step into peace—because you know every area of your business is getting the right level of attention each week.

2. Profit Through Smart Investments

Here’s the truth: you have to invest money to make money. Many childcare CEOs stay stuck because they try to do it all themselves.

That’s why my second system focuses on hiring support and building follow-up systems. For example:

  • Hire a VA (Virtual Assistant): Let someone else manage your marketing, ads, or social media. Free up your mental space so you can focus on growth.
  • Run Paid Ads: Facebook ads, social media campaigns, and even local advertising can drive consistent parent inquiries.
  • Create a Follow-Up System: Every lead needs nurturing. A strong follow-up system with texts, emails, and phone calls ensures no opportunity is lost.

This system creates predictable profits because you’re not waiting for “word of mouth” alone—you’re actively building pipelines that fill your classrooms.

3. Power Through Spiritual Routine

The last piece of my 3-System Model is what I call The Power System.

To truly lead with authority, you need more than strategy—you need a spiritual routine that grounds you and sharpens your vision. For me, that looks like:

  • Daily Prayer & Devotion – My husband and I host a prayer line every morning with childcare leaders across the country.
  • Friday Power Messages – Weekly encouragement and conviction that reset your spirit and leadership mindset.
  • Personal Routine – Scripture, journaling, or meditation to regulate your mind, heart, and soul.

When you’re spiritually aligned, you can see problems before they escalate, make wiser decisions, and lead with conviction. That’s the kind of power that transforms not just your business, but your entire life.

Walking Into 2026 With Confidence

When you combine these three systems, you unlock something powerful:

  • Peace from chaos by using Trigger Days.
  • Profit by investing in ads, VAs, and follow-ups.
  • Power through a consistent spiritual routine.

This is how you stop being chained to your childcare business and finally step into the role of empowered CEO.
