How To Get It Done In 2023

Today, I want to talk to you about the power of getting it done in your business. There are two strategies that I want you to begin to use in this new year. 

The first strategy is to make a plan for what you’re listening to. The power of what you hear comes from an ancient scroll that says, “Faith cometh by hearing.” 

So if you’re gonna walk this year by faith, and you’re gonna accomplish big goals, and big things that actually scare you, that you want to make sure that you’re listening to the right information that will stir you in that direction. 

I also believe that who your coach is in this new year will matter to your bottom line and success. So I’m not the type of coach where I’m more of a friend, that’s not me. I’m a forerunner, I’m gonna make it happen. I’m gonna get it done type of person. 

So when you’re listening to me, I’m going to give the play, I’m going to call the play. And that play is going to inspire you to get going and to get it done. And I’m regarded as a nurturer or a great support because I have a zero-nonsense approach. I have gone through so much in my journey and so much in my life until my mind is geared toward how can I make this happen.

That’s the first point that I make with my clients is, “Let’s think how can we make this happen?” Because so many times, we place barriers in our thought process, and it prevents us from getting it done. 

And so if you’re going to get it done this year, you got to make sure you are listening to the right people. Who you’re listening to, and what you’re listening to matters. 

And here’s the next one. What are you reading? I spent 2022 reading a new book every 30 days. I did it with the book club. What information you consumed in this season is critical to you winning during this economy.

And for me, I know that whenever I got to a place where I was not where I wanted to be in my business, or I was stuck, I needed an answer, I picked up a book. The books I pick up if it has the solution, I will read in the daytime or in a week’s time because I’m desiring a result, and I’m desiring answers in my life. And so what you read really matters. This year, we’re sending out entertainment literature that childcare owners that’s a part of our circle, part of our sisterhood, and part of our network will receive information from us in the mail. 

So what this is going to do is prompt them to get busy and get it done in their business. And if you’re looking for a mentor or a coach that is serious, supportive, a nurturer, and a forerunner then I’m your girl.
