Right now, people are returning back from vacation. You’re returning back from just really enjoying your summer. I’ll just wait.” Oh, boy, was I wrong.

And so then I started putting plans in place to be 60 days ahead. To start putting in place how to get in contact to have my parents return to me, how to encourage my current parents who stayed for the summer to re-enroll and refer others to me, and the type of events that I needed to host for back to school. These are all processes that you should have in place, and these processes should be indicated on your yearly calendar so that when it comes up, you don’t have to get ready because you stay ready.
